Steven Cardea was born in June of 1953 in Chicago Illinois. He grew up in Elmhurst Illinois with a brother and sister. Stevens first enjoyable writing experiences centered on prose and poems, later in life, he developed a desire to write stories. He enjoys nature and his hobby is his dogs. Caterina Beck was born in August of 1976. She has only one sibling; an older sister. As a young woman she moved to New Mexico, got married, and has three daughters and a son. Her hobbies are reading, drawing, painting, and writing. Through conversation and a battle of ideas, we developed the story, 'Sorcha the Beginning, ' and the place named Ravens Glenn. We began by researching myths, folklore, and life styles of witches, ancient druids, and demons. With myths and facts, armed with imagination and a creative pen, Sorcha, became alive, and seduced us into her world.
