Mystic Dark

Claiming a soul dark princess is only half the mission

Kali Delorance, a shadow-gifted orphan, plans to escape her poverty in the projects. She refuses to be a victim or villain, but her uncontrollable shadow magic costs her job and victimizes a man. When she meets Salvatore LeClerq, a soul dark dragon man from the Spirit Realm on a final mission from a dying Velosian to find his mate and serve the Last Vampire King, everything about her life changes.

His mission sends him to Chicago in the Leaindeail. When Salvatore finds Kali, the dream tilts, and he knows she is everything, a soul dark princess, the only one who can save him from the fade. Navigating the human world is hard enough, but saving Kali from those who seek to enslave her could cost him his mission and what defines him.

The actions of a sinister co-worker reveal a connection to a dangerous criminal empire, and Salvatore is her only ally. As the Unlikely Kings prophecy accelerates, and the clock ticks toward Devil's Night, the fate of the magic in the dream hangs in the balance as Salvatore presents her with a life-altering proposal.

Soul Dark is the fourth volume in the Mystic Dark miniseries by Ophelia Kee. Set in and around an eerily similar dream version of Chicago, a shadow gifted human falls for her vampire rescuer from another realm. If you want a dark vampire turned white knight in a twisted story of the damsel in distress as an unwitting villain, Soul Dark is your next read.

It's more than a story; it's an experience. Welcome to the dream...
