Soul Fire: Ignited (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781548408145)

With an exuberant love for reading and a constant habit of exploring new writing styles and techniques, the unique works of Viviauna Brown are sure to capture the interest of writers and book-lovers everywhere! While she has had multitudinous experiences with writing for academic projects, magazines, social media platforms, PR, and business organizations, the types of writing that appeal to her most are ones centered around poetry and fiction. Being inspired by poets such as Edgar Allan Poe and Langston Hughes, her poetry is a varied mixture of mystery and real-life experiences unlike any other. By becoming a member of Soul Fire-a spoken word organization at Tennessee State University-Brown has been able to share her poetic works at open-mics, conferences, and community events. As a result, she has been invited to and has performed for several events. Although writing is a hobby that Brown continues to explore-while pursuing an MA in Linguistics-she hopes to expand her works beyond the page, bringing some of her novels and short stories into bigger platforms: platforms such as plays and films in the near future. Until then, she is content with being able to share her works and hear the works of others in her field.
