David Koss was born in Kansas in 1952. His family moved many times and to many places in the Mid-West during his formative years and he attended a bunch of colleges earning an BFA in Literature and Anthropology and an MBA. He had a varied career including extensive travel, landing in Saudi Arabia for 2 years, from which he learned a deep appreciation for people of many different ethnicities and a fascination for other cultures. David moved to Tucson, Arizona, which is home since 1983. He worked at Hughes Aircraft/Raytheon Missile Systems for 20+ years. One of his interests during the past couple of years has been gold prospecting which has enhanced his love for the desert landscape and awareness for the power and forces of Nature. He still lives in Tucson, Arizona with his wife Annie and their two dogs.
