Spellbound No More: An invitation to unmask trauma and live a superordinary life. (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798991791410)

How do you know if you are spellbound? When you check in with your body and being, do you feel any tension, aches, pains, illness, or emotional distress? Are you dissatisfied with life and lack what you desire? If you said yes to either of these questions, chances are, you are spellbound.

Seeking escape, I would drown my dreams in substances, and eventually, when I woke up, I had left myself to the bears (literally)! I had given my power away, making myself small to earn love. I was living my life spellbound.

After years of going down the proverbial rabbit hole, trying every modality and method I could to break free, I realized I had overcomplicated it. Everything came back to the breath, and it was life-changing. What might it feel like to take the masks off and live embodied without accumulation holding you back from your dreams, desires, or aspirations?

You can live by design, expressing sovereign personal direction, or by default reinforced by the bonds of trauma. This book will walk beside you as you unbind yourself and live from the power already within you.

Are you ready?
