Carl discovered writing late in life. In his first career he was an air traffic controller and commercial pilot. His second career was in law enforcement. Throughout his adult life he has also been a student of the paranormal. This led to his writing his first book, about a lengthy paranormal investigation. His second book described his life in aviation, and the third book, a novel, was a sequel to the first book. When Spenser, our dearly loved Yorkie died, both my wife and I experienced a tremendous feeling of loss. I wrote this book primarily for her, that she could forever remember the love and joy we had with this wonderful little guy.
