Harold B. Hubbard lives in Hereford, Arizona with his Golden Retriever, Skooter. He was raised in rural Central Ohio; graduated from Jacksontown High School, Jacksontown, Ohio; served 3 1/2 years in the U.S. Navy Air Corps near the end of WWII; graduated from The Ohio State University with Doctor of Vererinary Medicine; graduated from The University of California (Berkeley) with Masters in Public Health. Served as Associate Professor (Epidemiology) in The University of Georgia; Dr. Hubbard served 16 years as a Senior Staff Officer with The Pan American Health Organization. He practiced privat and public verterinary medicine for 55 years. He studied American politics all of his life, understanding the scheme of the politician's agenda, using the indoctrination from his Democratic Party father. Most of the contents of this book emanated from expression of his thoughts on politics to his family and friends who insisted he write about them.
