Barbara Goings Wilson, a retired award-winning science teacher, taught for 38 years in North and South Carolina. Practically born in church, her mother went into labor at 4:00 AM on SUNDAY which prevented it. Her love of God and all of creation has never allowed a conflict in her career as a teacher of science. It is her belief that theology explains "why?" and science is man's attempt to explain "how?". The conflict in thinking is the ploy of the enemy. She is the very blessed mother of two from her first marriage with two grands and three great-grands. God has also blessed her to live in three of His beautiful biomes: The temperate deciduous forest of the Carolinas, tropical ocean in Key West, Florida, the Sonoran Desert in Tucson, Arizona. Barbara and her husband, Carl live in beautiful Savannah, Georgia.
