He has 10 years experience teaching in the MBA program at Lindenwood University, focusing on Organizational Behavior and Leadership in Structured Situations. Mike is a former Chairman of the St. Peters, MO Chamber of Commerce, a two-term President of the St. Charles County, MO League of Chambers, and a former Ward 1 Alderman for the City of St. Peters, MO. He is a 1996 graduate of Leadership St. Louis. He was recently chosen, as one of 13 out of 800+ facilitators to receive the "2010 Instructor Excellence Award" from The Graduate School in Washington D.C. one of his largest clients. Mike has a Bachelors degree from St. Louis University in Organizational Development and Communications and a Masters from Washington University in HR Management. He lives in St. Charles, MO with his wife of 37 years, Kay.
