Dayssy adapts to family conditions to ensure positive outcomes, thus comforting and enlightening each family member that is assisted. She teaches problem solving and coping skills by referring to the appropriate community and social services agencies as well other community resources. She works with each family to establish family support plans which include goals setting and steps to take in accomplishing those goals. As a program manager, Dayssy has had much professional training to promote and serve as a positive advocate to different families and reinstate their future. In addition to her extensive family support experience, Dayssy has an excellent ability to engage and empower families by encouraging them to do their best. Dayssy learned that there are powers in the world that differ from those honoring GOD by faith. She helps Ultima perform a healing heart with love and passion to others and begins to understand the world is different with the power of GOD.
