STEPPING STONES Milestone #4 - Baptism (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798893426618)

Significant moments in life - rites of passage - milestones - are important in our children's lives, yet we often commemorate such occasions with a passing "congratulations." There is no better time to partner with parents than during these "STEPPING STONE" milestone occasions.

This is the fourth of six Stepping Stones: Parent/Child Dedication, Bible Presentation, Salvation, Baptism, Communion, and Graduation. Each resource is designed to assist you as you teach important biblical truths, celebrate special moments with the children in your ministry, and encourage and equip their parents.

The BAPTISM Stepping Stone was written to prepare children for the sacrament of Baptism. It answers the following questions.

• How can we be saved?
• What is baptism?
• When should I be baptized?
• Can I be sure?
• Why should I be baptized?
• What happens during a baptism?

By the end of the class, children should understand the good news of the gospel and the meaning of baptism.
