Still Trying: IVF Over 40: An honest survival guide from a woman who refused to hear no (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798195160371)

Because you needed proof it was possible. Not statistics. Not a clinic brochure. A real woman who did it with her own eggs, after a failed cycle, alone in a country that was not hers, four days after the person who was supposed to be there walked out the door.

That woman is me. And my daughter is the proof.

Still Trying: IVF Over 40 is not a medical guide. It is the conversation nobody gave me when I needed it most - honest, specific, and written entirely from the inside.

This book is for you if:

• You want to know if IVF over 40 with your own eggs is still possible - and what actually changes your odds
• You are trying to get pregnant after a failed IVF cycle and you are not sure you have another attempt in you
• You need to understand the real difference between fresh and frozen transfer - and why I switched
• You want to know how to improve egg quality for IVF over 40 beyond the generic advice
• You are doing this with less money, less support, and less time than you planned

Inside you will find:

• What I did differently in my successful cycle - supplements, specific pilates movements, Mediterranean eating, and the decision to stop testing early
• How I funded IVF on a teacher's salary - including the skill I learned from scratch that replaced my income
• The questions no one tells you to ask your clinic before transfer day - and the embryo decision you must make before you are on the table
• How to survive the two-week wait without losing yourself in it
• What being pregnant at 40-plus actually looked like - not what they said it would

I am not a doctor. I am the woman who sat where you are sitting. The IVF over 40 success rate nobody talks about is the rate of women who simply refused to stop.
