Stop Setting Goals!: Learn the Lyceum Method to achieve more, stress less, and love all your life. (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798559614588)

Exponential change is the new normal. We see it everywhere, yet we're still taught the linear goal-setting techniques of the 1950s. Many of us are seeking more freedom of time, peace of mind, and healthy lifestyles. Yet, we find ourselves stuck in an industrialized hampster-wheel with no way to get off. Running faster and faster, hoping to accomplish that next big goal. Then the next one. Then the next...We seem to be wearing masks. We identify as our careers, our achievements, our duties. They are the roles we play. Break free from the old paradigms. STOP SETTING GOALS: Learn The Lyceum Method to achieve more, stress less, and love all your life. The Lyceum Method is a tool that will help you dance toward your vision of the future while remaining fully present. It fosters authenticity, and through this vulnerable approach to life, you'll experience deeper connections in your relationships, a greater sense of satisfaction in your achievements, and a sense of wonder for the future.
