When he was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure a few years ago he had to change his diet and learn to eat healthy so he wrote this book. Cooper who is "only as hip as his guests" records his show in Los Angeles but can be heard across the USA and in over 15 countries around the world. He also is an established stand-up comic having worked the road back in the late 80's and early 90's. He still hits the stage occasionally and has acted in movies, commercials and videos. As a writer he has written screenplays, newspaper columns and is a part-time blogger. He currently lives in Burbank, CA with his girlfriend.
