Whilst frantically eeing on foot from the New South Wales Police Force, Ben Hall was shot over 30 times in the back and head. He was armed at the time, however he did not re on the police. He was surrounded by ocers on all sides, with no chance of escape. Once Ben Hall was shot and disabled, the police continued to re at him, riddling his body with bullets, killing him.
