She became certified by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and later became certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) under the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Shortly after becoming certified, Michelle opened Fox & Company in Woodstock, GA so that she could practice accounting in her no-nonsense, proactive style.
