She had been laying there for almost 10 hours, unable to move, unable to contact anyone, unable to do anything. As you can imagine, this was one of the most scarring things and the darkest day I have ever witnessed. I felt like I had lost my mother. My life changed that day. I asked myself over and over again: Why did this happen? Could this have been prevented? I started studying as much as possible to bring my mother back to a better life. Also, I needed to stay healthy in these stressful and emotional times and I had to take care of myself as well. Thankfully, my mother is still alive at the age of 74 years today. When she came back home after hospital and rehabilitation she was very emaciated with a weight of only 45kg (99 lbs) and first thing was to get her back to 65kg (143lbs). We made it! The left side of her body is still handicapped but her healing process is still ongoing and it's like a miracle that she is in this shape today with a clear mind and even already able to walk with the aid of a walking stick. Since 2017, he has been taking care of his mother because of a heavy stroke she had, and that is what led him to study as much as he can in strengthening the immune system, and bringing back his mother to a long and healthy life. Also, he is still working as a fitness coach / personal trainer helping people to reach their goals.
