Suicide Con II (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781918465440)

The mission was simple: save those who had already given up. But in a world of time travel and alien alliances, the cost of survival is higher than anyone imagined.

In the gripping sequel to Suicide Con, the relocation of humanity to the sister planets Beta-A and Beta-A2 is in full swing. Over a hundred thousand "hosts"-individuals intercepted by time-traveling agents moments before their deaths on Earth-have begun new lives. These survivors carry a secret: a symbiotic lifeform known as a Lava that sustains their bodies but demands absolute discipline.

Rob, a seasoned operative, handles the most difficult extractions, from a bankrupt property mogul to a teenager destroyed by social media. But as the alliance between Earth's leaders and the advanced civilization of Beta-A strengthens, the boundaries of time and ethics begin to blur. When rogue military elements steal time-intervention technology to rewrite human history-preventing World War II and exploring the mysteries of ancient Egypt-the ripple effects threaten to unravel reality itself.

From high-stakes rescues on the sinking Titanic to the quiet struggles of hosts trying to outrun their pasts, Suicide Con II: The Awakening explores the thin line between salvation and control. As cities rise overnight through tireless machine labor and memory implants replace years of schooling, Rob must navigate a landscape where currency is obsolete but the price of a second chance is eternal.

In a universe where death is just a technicality, how far will humanity go to ensure its own survival?
