Rick Green has been sharing stories with children that he has written and illustrated for over 30 years. His stories are created to present applicable life lessons for both children and their parents in an engaging and humorous way. In addition to telling his tales, Rick also enjoys talking to children about his love for cartooning, and he especially enjoys encouraging children to explore the art of doodling on their own. Rick has illustrated books and has had many of his cartoons published in various magazines and journals. In addition to that, Rick has been commissioned to create caricatures and artwork for people all over the world. He enjoys adding personal touches with a lot of humor to each piece he creates. Rick has often been heard to say, "Life needs to be fun and funny. If it's not fun or funny, then it is just no fun." Rick resides in the Oklahoma City area with his wife, Marylynn. They have three beautiful daughters who have afforded them three son-in-laws, and two grandchildren. Rick has been involved in ministry since 1980. He currently serves as the lead pastor at Lake Overholser Church of the Nazarene in Bethany, OK.
