Nick worked in and owned a deck-chair hire business by the beach in Adelaide, Australia for almost twenty years. After selling his business and moving to Bali for three years (where he spent a lot of time on sunbeds around pools and by the beach), he returned to Melbourne to study the Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching, where he gained the knowledge to finally write this book. Nick has practiced yoga for the last fourteen years, and has now opened a yoga studio where he teaches a relaxation based practice. He is currently in the process of adapting this book for use by the aged and those who are bed-ridden.
