Dr. Kelliny is a professor and a global business management and international HR consultant. He is employed by the Higher College of Technology/Ministry of Manpower, Oman. In addition to his academic experience in British and Bahraini universities and holding several administrative positions, he has been serving on several local and international boards. Dr. Kelliny is the author of "Perceptions of Organisations, Trainers and Employees of the Labour Market Needs"; "Marketing and Human Resources across Cultures", and "Language Communicative Needs: Two Case Studies", published by Peter Lang. He is the editor of three volumes in the series 'European University Studies.' He is also the guest editor of the volume "Applied Linguistics and Research Inquiry." Mr. Al Said is a British graduate, MBA. He is presently a Sr. human resources, administration and security manager, Standard Chartered Bank, Oman. He was also in charge of Back Office Investment Department. In the National Bank of Oman he was in charge of Customer Services at the Head Office. He also served earlier in the Quality Management Department and in the Foreign Trade Department, BankMuscat, Oman. Mr. Al Said educational background and experience in local and international banks and in different departments urged him to explore different areas and to seek practical solutions.
