Lacie's professional journey includes significant roles across the globe, particularly in New York City and Hong Kong, where she served as a fashion designer for icons like Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj, and Adam Levine under the leadership of Tommy Hilfiger, and an art director in Hong Kong for luxury communication across the Asia-Pacific region. Her commitment to sustainability and innovation has been recognized through multiple awards, including the Yale School of Management Entrepreneurship Fellowship, the Yale Climate Innovation Grant, and participation in the prestigious Visa(R) Digital Creators Program. She is adjunct faculty at Belmont University O'More School of Design in the fashion design and merchandising program and mother to two wonderful children, Pierce and Bohen.
Leslie Davis Burns is President and Founder of Responsible Global Fashion LLC and Professor Emerita of Apparel Design and Merchandising at Oregon State University, US.
