SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR MANAGERS and LEADERS (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798250722247)

SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR MANAGERS and LEADERS

A practical 90-day system to grow leadership skills in real work-without burnout, vague advice, or plans that die under pressure.

Most managers don't struggle with ambition. They struggle with execution. Your week gets hijacked by urgent work, stakeholder escalations, team issues, and constant decisions. Development becomes "not now." You start a plan with motivation... and abandon it when things get messy.

This book is built for that reality.

SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR MANAGERS and LEADERS
gives you a practical, repeatable system to develop leadership skills in a way that is measurable, practical, and sustainable. It doesn't ask you to "be a better leader." It shows you how to build better leadership through weekly reps in real situations-delegation, feedback, decision clarity, boundaries, conflict moments, and 1:1 conversations.

What makes this book different: it treats leadership development like a living system, not a one-time event. You'll work in focused 90-day cycles, track simple evidence signals (KPIs) without becoming a robot, use feedback as fuel, and protect your capacity so progress doesn't cost your health.

Inside you'll find:

• A clear framework to define your North Star goal (12-18 months) and translate it into a focused 90-day outcome

• The Agile PDP approach in human language: sprint, backlog, check-in, review, retrospective

• The 70-20-10 implementation system done properly: real work practice + support + targeted learning

• Simple, behavior-based KPIs you can influence this week (not vague outcome metrics only)

• A sustainability layer with non-negotiables, capacity budgeting, recovery, and boundary design

• A continuous improvement loop you can run again and again: Plan → Do → Review → Adjust

• Real-life examples from my coaching and mentoring practice (and my 15+ years of leadership experience) showing how leaders apply the system in real weeks, not ideal ones

• Ready-to-use templates you can copy-paste and implement immediately

This book is for you if:

• You're tired of being the bottleneck and want your team to take more ownership

• You want stronger leadership habits, not more theory

• You want progress you can see-without turning development into judgment

• You want to grow your leadership capability while staying sustainable

If you want a leadership development plan that actually gets implemented, this is your playbook. Use it self-guided, or alongside a coach/mentor. Either way, you'll finish with a working system you can repeat in every new role, new team, and new season of leadership.
