He holds a Ph.D. from the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, Bundelkhand University, along with an MBA specializing in HR & Marketing from The Business School, University of Jammu, and an MTM from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Additionally, he holds a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management Srinagar. Dr. Abdullah's academic prowess extends to his qualification in UGC NET JRF in Tourism Administration and Management. He is an active contributor to academia, having participated in numerous national and international conferences and published research papers in esteemed journals and book chapters.

Dr. Pramendra Singh is currently working as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Tourism & Airlines, at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. He has also earned three master's degrees, two in Tourism & Travel Management and another in History. He has more than ten years of teaching and research experience. He has in his credit more than twenty research papers and book chapters published by publishers of international repute. He has also been editor of some books published by publishers of international repute. His research interests include heritage tourism, cultural tourism, sustainable tourism, tourism education, tourism, and technology.
