Activist, Joseph Baca, commissioned Vic to write, Constant Reminder, a shocking memoir about the dark side of the Roman Catholic Church. Also, former politician and brain aneurysm survivor, Fran Merkel, took Vic through a medical maze of doctors, hospitals and therapists in her biography, My Brain Aneurysm. He is a guest speaker at civic organizations, conferences, libraries and book clubs, to name a few. Vic studied business administration at University of Wisconsin. As an international sales executive, he negotiated contracts with foreign manufacturers.
