Liz R. Proctor grew up in the small town of Trumansburg, NY and currently resides in Ithaca, NY. She started writing at a very young age, but took a serious interest in it around the age of 12 when she began writing mostly poetry and short stories. She also has an interest in drawing and painting; she was self taught from the age of 4. Her inspiration for writing was supported at a young age by her father who would always take the time to listen to the stories she wrote and give her encouragement. Her grandfather on her father's side was also a writer and a poet. She has a variety of different genres she works on, but she mostly enjoys writing supernatural thrillers and fantasy books.
