Tales of Living In Diaspora

16 candid short stories of life in diaspora

Why does a person leave their homeland to reside in another country? What factors are at play? With approximately 258 million immigrants worldwide, is the grass really greener on the other side? Join sixteen individuals as they share their candid experiences of the highs and lows of living in diaspora.

Their honest accounts will:

- Inspire immigrants to continue chasing their dreams and never to give up, despite the challenges.

- Encourage those contemplating migration not to look solely to another country to solve their problems.

- Give insight to non-immigrants about the real difficulties migrants in their communities have encountered.

Through these real-life stories, you will traverse the globe from India, Kenya, South Africa and Zimbabwe to Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the UAE and the USA. Journey with our travellers as they tell their Tales of Living in Diaspora.
