This book is the "How To Manual" for small to medium size businesses, churches and ministries to build a cohesive TEAM that can face any obstacle and overcome any adversity your organization may face. Many business owners are afraid of leaving their business for any extended length of time. They are afraid of what "might happen" if they are not present and a crisis should erupt. They are afraid of what may happen to a large client's project if a sudden hurdle develops. "What if my people do not know what to do? What if they do the wrong thing?" This book will help the business owner or department head to train their employees and team members to build morale and provide a work environment that can function without direct intervention of the business owner or department head. Robert Thibodeau expounds upon the concept he learned from his 13 year military career about training programs. He used the same concepts to establish a successful insurance agency after leaving the Army. He used the same concepts to make himself valuable to the police department he joined. By using these concepts, he earned rapid promotions because he proved he "knew what to do" in emergency situations. He then trained his subordinates to do the same thing. What was that one thing? To "THINK LIKE THE BOSS's BOSS!" It's not enough to just "know your job." It's not enough to be satisfied at the end of the day knowing you did what was required. In this book, Robert Thibodeau teaches employees how to be "noticed" and earn promotions and recognition by doing their jobs - and simultaneously train for their supervisor's job. Usually, just be helping out every now and then. Supervisors can train their employees using these same training concepts. In addition, while training your subordinates, supervisors can also use the same concepts to be training for their superior's role as well. Business owners can use the concepts taught in this book to train their department heads to "Think like the boss thinks!" Enforce these training standards up and down the "Chain of Command" in your organization and you will soon be able to take vacations or business trips knowing your people can handle anything that happens! Churches, ministries and other non-profits can use these same training concepts to teach their teams, volunteer and paid, how to function better as a cohesive unit. These training concepts are not hard to do! They become second habit after just a few weeks of implementation. The main idea is to do them repeatedly. The business owner, the department heads and the supervisors must demand the training policy be implemented and followed. If you do so, you will have a company or organization that will run with what is referred to as "Military Precision!" That is what T.E.A.M. Training will do for you!

Robert Thibodeau is a 13 year Army veteran, serving as both enlisted and as a Commissioned Cavalry Officer. As an enlisted soldier, he learned training concepts and techniques as a Drill Sergeant (or DI) that he has used from that point on in his life. As a Cavalry Officer, he used the same techniques to train his men to fight more efficiently and effectively. His Scout Platoon always achieved success in every mission they encountered. He left the military and established an award winning insurance agency before leaving that business to become a police officer. He used these same concepts to train for promotions while performing his duties as a patrol officer. This earned him recognition and he found himself attending a special Master Degree Program for Police Executive Leadership Training - while just a Patrol Supervisor! An on the job injury derailed his career aspirations and he found himself retired, at home, recovering from several surgeries. During the recovery from the third surgery, he found himself sitting at the computer and felt the calling to start an online Christian radio station. That station, "Evangelism Radio," has been rated as #1 in the world on numerous occasions and now has listeners in over 160 nations and has over 50 different ministries submitting programming every week. From large, nationally known and recognized ministries to smaller ministries and churches that cannot afford a lot on their radio budget - he accepts them all - simply on an offering basis. The only thing he asks them to do is "give what the Lord puts on your heart." Some give more, some not so much - but every month since its inception, the radio station budget has been met! Robert now lives in the Baltimore area with his wife of over 40 years. They have two grown daughters whose families live in the area as well as seven grandchildren that keep him busy. Robert spends his time between operating the radio station, writing books (he has five book in addition to "TEAM Training") and speaking in churches and also businesses and conferences.
