He has been at UCM since 2002, having completed his MLS from Dominican University, an MS in technical communications and information design from Illinois Institute of Technology, and his EdD in instructional technology from Northern Illinois University. He has developed and taught over 25 different courses including but not limited to Foundations of Educational Technology, Using Technology to Enhance Teaching and Learning, Communication in Online Learning Communities, Educational Technology Leadership, Technology in Libraries, Creating Web-Based Resources, and History of the Book and Libraries.
