Terms of Severance: A Medium & Reaper Paranormal Romance (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798246371879)

A Seattle medium with a contract for the dead. A four-hundred-year-old reaper ordered to shut her down. And a soul-eating threat that doesn't follow any rules.

Nadia Chen runs Closure Consulting-Seattle's only legitimate ghost mediation service. She helps spirits finish their unfinished business and gives grieving families something they never get from police reports: closure. But one case still haunts her-the day her grandmother died... and never came through.

Marcus Thorne has escorted souls since the 1600s. Duty is simple. Rules are survival. When the reaper order assigns him to stop an "unauthorized medium," he expects fear or compliance. Instead, Nadia cites jurisdiction, demands credentials, and hands him a business card.

Then a ghost vanishes mid-session-not crossed over, not reaped... erased.

With souls disappearing across Seattle, Nadia and Marcus are forced into an uneasy alliance. The deeper they dig, the clearer the truth becomes: something ancient is hunting, the reaper order is compromised, and Nadia's grandmother didn't simply "move on."

Now they're racing a deadline that could tear open the boundary between life and death-and discovering that the most dangerous thing in the afterlife might be what they feel for each other.
