That Blokes Kind of Almost Memoir (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781067069346)

True stories. Short stories. A few dodgy ones in between.

That Bloke's Kind of Almost Memoir is the unfiltered, unedited, and unexpectedly hilarious life of a man who's been punched in the head more than once - and still remembers most of it.

Brutally honest, occasionally unhinged, and full of Kiwi humour, this one's for anyone who loves a good yarn and doesn't mind a few bruises along the way.

From near-death security gigs to mock armed robberies (yes, really), this isn't your typical memoir. Raw, hilarious, and sometimes chaotic mix of life stories and short fiction from William Dwyer - a former martial arts enthusiast, nightclub doorman, soldier and now author. Some stories are true. Some are fiction. Most of them involve getting punched, kicked, or nearly arrested.

William Dwyer never planned to share these stories. But to build his future as an author, he has decided to prostitute his past - scars, stumbles, and all.

It's not polished. It's not perfect. But it's bloody entertaining.
