The 12-Week OKR Launch: From Leadership Buy-In to the First Scored Quarter (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798186897682)

2 weeks. 19 chapters. 54 ready-to-use templates. 150,000+ HR professionals trained. 20+ years in HR. This systemworks.

Here's the uncomfortable truth about OKRs: most rollouts are dead by the second quarter. Leadership announces theframework at a town hall. Teams write objectives nobody looks at again. By month four, OKRs are a spreadsheet someoneupdates the night before the review.

It's not the framework that fails. It's the launch. Nobody got buy-in - they got a nod. Nobody trained the managers - theysent a video. Nobody planned the first quarter - they planned the announcement.

When you launch without a system: OKR theater. Goals written once, scored never, quietly abandoned by everyoneincluding the CEO who announced them.

When you launch with a system: a company that runs on its goals - checked weekly, scored honestly, improved everyquarter.

This book is the exact rollout Mike Pritula ran as HR Director at fast-growing tech companies and taught to HR leadersthrough his academy - laid out week by week.

Here's what you'll learn:

• The Readiness Audit - know whether to launch, pilot, or delay before you burn credibility
• The Buy-In Sequence - win the CEO with emotional drivers, not methodology slides
• The Pilot Design - prove the system on one team before betting the company
• The Champion Network - scale the rollout without hiring consultants
• The Cadence Map - keep OKRs alive using meetings your company already has
• The Confidence Score Tracker - catch a dying objective in week four, not week twelve
• The Compensation Firewall - connect OKRs to pay reviews without killing ambition
• The First Scored Quarter - honest scoring with zero surprises in the room

Measure What Matters costs $29 in hardcover and tells you why OKRs work. An OKR consultant bills $150-300 anhour to tell you how. A two-day implementation workshop runs five figures. This book costs less than dinner.

Every framework tested in real company rollouts. Every template refined through Mike Pritula Academy cohorts and150,000+ students trained.

Stop announcing OKRs. Launch them.
