O is a modern day Don Quixote, since both men were psychologically-driven by their readings, and both tried to correct the wrongs among people in the world ---O as a psychologist, and Quixote by knight-errantry. O meets Freud, Quixote, and Cervantes; and ponders his own potential to create societal consequences, if he were to alter literature simply by reading and engaging with characters. The book is short. But, it is penetrating. Anything longer would have ruined the message and the charm. It is not until the very final word that the reader learns of the unexpected and surprising ending.

Dr. Franklin S. Helsinger retired after forty-seven years of clinical practice. He earned his Doctorate in Psychology from Temple Univeristy, in Philadelphia. He served as Chief of Clinical Psychology, in the rank of Captain, Medical Service Corps, at U.S. Army Hospital, Ft. Campbell, KY, during the Vietnam era. Dr. Helsinger's professional experience included work in private practice, hospitals, universities, and schools. He hosted a talk show regarding psychological issues on Philadelphia's WWDB FM radio station. He founded and directed The Summit Schools (Special Education) in Levittown, PA. He is published in professional journals and newspapers, and is the author of the non-fiction book, Love, Truth & Psychological Security. The 41 Books is his first published work of fiction. Dr. Helsinger lives in Pennsylvania with his wife, Lorna. They have two adult sons, and four grandchildren.
