The Acapulco Gold (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781919203300)

Some men run from their past.

Paul Coles books a flight and hopes it stays buried.

Paul Coles is a disgraced financial adviser with a talent for bad decisions and unfinished business. When a dying man collapses into his arms at a Manchester train station, whispering the words "Remember the Acapulco Gold," Paul does the only sensible thing he can think of: he panics - and runs.

From Cancún resorts to European backstreets, Paul finds himself pursued by regulators, criminals, and people who know far more about his family than he does. A decades-old gold conspiracy, a vanished father, and a collection of strangers with competing agendas begin to close in, each convinced Paul holds the key to something valuable.

Acapulco Gold is a fast-paced crime thriller with a sharp comic edge - a story about inheritance, obsession, and the cost of unfinished lives. As alliances shift and the past refuses to stay buried, Paul must decide whether he's running for freedom... or straight into the truth.
