lil' star's friend is full of energy and creativity, but cannot seem to focus on any one task. With help from Rachel, they work together to find a way to speed up.
This book explores attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder ADHD in an easy-to-understand way.

These books are to help children who may have a mental disorder, like I did as a child. These are the comics I wish I had been able to read at that age. The books include easy-to-understand cognitive behavioral techniques for psychotic disorders, depression, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

   • It is not allowed to name itself. Choose something basic or silly.
3. What is something that would scare the hallucination?
4. Give the hallucination advice on how to overcome its fear.
