This is something that wasn't made up by us, it is something that scientists discovered, and we know that the term EPI in Greek means "go further or beyond", with this you can understand that epigenetics means: beyond genetics; genetics beyond the conventional or orthodox. When you analyze who you are, you have to understand that you are the sum of all of your ancestors. In other words, you have the makeup you didn't ask for, however, it was in you to be activated automatically whether you wanted it or not. Put it in different words, these are like the default apps that come in mobile device, you didn't ask for them, however, they are there and they could be activated at any given time.
