The Anointed Life: Exploring the Impact and Ingredients of the Anointing Oil (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781905028450)

The holy anointing oil of Exodus 30 was no ordinary mixture. God Himself chose every ingredient, measured every proportion, and reserved the result exclusively for His service. Behind the physical formula lay a profound spiritual truth - one that speaks directly into the life of every believer today.

In The Anointed Life, Rev. Dr. Marcia Neveu takes readers on a transformative journey through the five ingredients of the divine anointing oil: myrrh, cinnamon, calamus, cassia, and olive oil. Each element carries deep prophetic significance, revealing the qualities God desires to cultivate in those He calls and consecrates. Surrender. Zeal. Integrity. Authority. And the Holy Spirit, who carries them all.

This is not a theoretical study of a biblical artefact. It is a living invitation - to be set apart, refined, and poured out. Each chapter combines devotional teaching with Scripture, reflective questions, practical exercises, and prayers, creating a rich resource for both personal growth and group study.

Readers will discover what the anointing truly is and what it is not, how the Holy Spirit works as the Master Perfumer - blending experience, character, and calling into something holy and fragrant - and how to walk daily in the flow of God's anointing without burnout, pride, or imitation.

Whether you are new to faith or seasoned in ministry, The Anointed Life will deepen your understanding of consecration, empower your walk with the Holy Spirit, and call you to carry the fragrance of Christ wherever God places you.

"We are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing." - 2 Corinthians 2:15 (NKJV)
