Apostle Rose was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in North Carolina since the age of 7. She has one brother who serves with her in ministry. She has one natural born son and several spiritual sons and daughters. She holds a Bachelors of Theology, a Master of Divinity, and an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree. She is currently working on her Doctor of Christian Counseling Degree. She has served in various offices in Christian ministry since 1978 and is currently the Senior Pastor of the Kingdom of God Fellowship Church(KOGFC), President & Presiding Prelate of the Kingdom of God International Fellowship of Churches and Ministries(KOGIFCM), President of The Refuge Enrichment Community Center, Inc., (TRECCI), a 501(c)(3) Corporation serving the community through helping those in need with food, clothes and resource information. She is the Founder of John 316 Publishing, W.O.R.D. Fellowship (a ministry for Women Mentoring Women, Rose White International Ministries (a coaching ministry to pastors and leaders outside the USA), and Business Solutions Inc. (a newly formed "For Profit" corporation providing business consulting and training services. She has spoken at several women's conferences including Women's Aglow Fellowship (now known as Aglow International) in Tulsa, Oklahoma and has traveled both nationally and internationally. Apostle Rose is a publicly ordained pastor, consecrated and affirmed Apostle. Her newest venture is the KOG Bible College and Seminary where she is the Founder. KOGBCS offers a full School of Theology as well Enhancement Courses for both the laymen and those preparing for the work of ministry. The calling and mandate is to teach and equip men and women in the work of the ministry, then setting them to go forth into all the world fulfilling the Great Commission.
