Patricia Probert Gott is the author of nineteen books. She resides in Maine and owns an Arabian horse named Hisani Ruuh (known as Sani) that she raised and trained, along with a rescued donkey named Daisy. She began riding at the age of eight, and she has owned, raised, and trained horses ever since, accounting for her knowledge and experience with horses as detailed in her various cowgirl books and horse stories.
