The Awakening: The Illumination Of Sol (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798241956422)

The Awakening: The Illumination Of Sol begins as a story-a living tale drawn from the author's own four-year journey of healing, unraveling, remembering, and becoming. Through the voice of Granny Chrissy, readers are welcomed into a world where myth and memory meet, where the Old Woman Under the Hill whispers truths, and where the path of awakening is walked one small, honest step at a time. This story is not fiction; it is lived experience offered with tenderness, humor, and hard-won wisdom.

As the narrative unfolds, readers witness the author's own discoveries: the grief she faced, the patterns she shed, the sovereignty she reclaimed, and the quiet miracles that rose from the ashes of an old life. Her voice becomes a lantern-steady, warm, and deeply human-inviting readers to see their own reflections in her journey. The story becomes a mirror, a companion, and a gentle reminder that healing is not linear but cyclical, layered, and deeply personal.

From this foundation, the book eases into a 28-day guided journaling experience that functions as both oracle and ritual. Each day offers a blend of reflection, creative prompts, and intuitive guidance designed to help readers unearth their own stories, traumas, and resonances. Rather than instructing, Granny Chrissy sits beside the reader, sharing what she learned while encouraging them to explore their own inner landscape with curiosity and compassion.

The journaling practice is not about perfection-it is about presence. It is about listening to the quiet places within, honoring what rises, and allowing creativity to become a form of release and remembrance. Readers are invited to write, collage, doodle, stitch, or create in whatever way helps them express what words alone cannot hold. Each prompt becomes a doorway. Each page becomes a moment of awakening.

The Awakening is ideal for anyone seeking:

• A story that feels like sitting with a wise elder

• A companionable voice that shares truth without preaching

• A gentle entry point into shadow work and emotional healing

• A creative, oracle-style journaling practice

• A way to reconnect with intuition, sovereignty, and self-trust

This book is both a memoir and a mirror, both a guide and a companion. It invites readers to witness the author's transformation while stepping into their own. Through story, reflection, and creative ritual, The Awakening becomes a sanctuary-a place to remember who you are, who you've been, and who you are becoming.

The Awakening is the third book in, a creative healing series that traces a woman's journey back to herself through story, oracle, and daily practice.

The series began with The Old Woman Under the Hill, where readers first met the ancient, tender presence who whispers truths from beneath the hill and invites us to remember our own inner wisdom.

It continued with Queenie's Speaks, a spirited and sovereign voice who teaches self-trust, symbolic seeing, and the art of listening to one's own life.

Now, in The Awakening, these threads converge. Granny Chrissy steps forward as guide and companion, offering her lived experience as a lantern while inviting readers to explore their own awakening. Each book stands alone, yet together they form a lineage of healing - a journey through myth, memory, and the creative feminine spirit.
