To this end, the book features 104 positive words, starting with the letter A, so you can think about two positive words each week in various ways. You can imagine how the two words might work together or think about one in the morning and one at night. Or think of one word for three days, the other for the next three days, and both on the seventh day. Or reflect on your insights from thinking about these words for the past week.

This book is divided into 52 sections -- one for each week. The beginning of the section lists two words which you can reflect on together or separately in any order. You can also add in or substitute your own words or change the order of the words, though this book is designed for you to go from A to Z.

Following the two words there is a section for your notes. As you reflect on the words, you can write down your thoughts immediately, or later record your observations and ideas about how the word or words affected your day or what you learned by thinking about each word.
