The Bigfoot of Cedar Ridge: Friend or Foe (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781969768057)

Elderwood is no ordinary forest. It listens. It remembers. And deep within it lies a still, dark pool said to tell the truth.

Bogden-"Bog" to everyone who knows he's not as tough as he pretends-is a teenage Bigfoot trying to keep his clan safe after humans chased them from their home in Shimmerleaf Hollow. With Piney, his wisecracking squirrel sidekick, Bog follows Nana Moss into Elderwood for answers... and gets a warning instead.

A new group of humans is coming to Cedar Ridge-quiet, organized, and carrying sleek black cases that don't belong in the woods. The truth-pool also shows June, Bog's trusted human friend, sneaking back into Shimmerleaf Hollow to hide something in the roots. Nana warns that foes can become friends. What does the mystery mean, and what is to become of the Bigfoots of Cedar Ridge? After perilous adventures, all seems right. And just when you think things have calmed down, a new Bigfoot friend catches Bog's attention.
