The Book of Thistle (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798307276723)

After a trip to a remote hot spring, Raven returns home only to fall ill, plagued by strange symptoms that she can't explain. As her health deteriorates, Raven experiences disturbing sensations-numbness in her limbs, involuntary movements, and the feeling of something crawling beneath her skin. Her once normal life is quickly unraveling, and she begins to fear she may be losing control of her own body.

Desperate for answers, Raven and her mother embark on a journey to uncover the truth, seeking help from Dr. Jameson, a renowned parasitologist.

As the mystery deepens, Raven and her mother are faced with questions that seem to stretch beyond the realm of conventional science. The search for answers takes them into uncharted territory, where the line between the earthly and the otherworldly begins to blur. Together, they must confront the terrifying possibility that Raven's condition may be far more than just a medical anomaly-it could be an encounter with something far beyond their understanding.

Raven's Journey explores themes of survival, the unknown, and the strength of family as Raven and her mother fight not only to understand the mysterious parasites but also to find a way to reclaim Raven's life and her autonomy. Blending elements of medical thriller with the supernatural, this is a gripping tale of fear, resilience, and the lengths we go to when faced with the unimaginable.
