Blair and The Barnhardt Group are Founders of the Circle Lifetime Members of the Pavement Recycling & Reclaiming Center at CalPoly Pomona and Charter Members of IPMA. His consulting firm, The Barnhardt Group provides pavement management services and training nationwide for local agencies, private sector and army installations. Over his career of thirty years in heavy civil infrastructure, Blair has taught thousands of local agencies how to do more with less, while increasing their authority, expertise and income. Originally from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, Blair and his family reside in Kennesaw, Georgia. His home away from home is the RV, and he travels extensively across the nation with his mission to save our crumbling roads.
