In 1989, Mr. Burns founded Conference Pros International, a conference service provider that he operated for ten years before selling to Vialogue Corp. In 2001, Mr. Burns founded A+ Conferencing Ltd., a conferencing company that emphasized partnering with agents/resellers for its sales channel. Mr. Burns writes and lectures on many topics, including telecommunications, investments, and opportunities for the Baby Boomer generation.
