The son of a civil engineer and a homemaker, Wieland was raised on both the East and West costs of the United States where he developed a deep-seeded need to hear the stories of everyone he encountered. From a very early age Wieland knew the only way to become a worthwhile writer was to experience as much of the world as possible. For that reason, Wieland pushed himself to explore everything around him; a task he continues to this day. Wieland is a graduate of the Ken Blanchard School of Business at Grand Canyon University with a degree in Marketing. He will complete his studies at Northern Arizona University in 2017 with a degree in Computer Information Technology. He currently lives in Arizona with his beautiful wife and two wonderful girls.
