A magical Christmas adventure told across 24 nightly chapters - perfect for families to read together each December.

Looking for a festive family book to enjoy one chapter at a time? The Christmas Flame is a heartwarming Christmas story filled with elves, reindeer, mystery, humour, and adventure. Written for children aged 6-9, it's designed as a nightly read-aloud countdown to Christmas and a new festive family tradition.

Few people know that the magic of Christmas depends on a single glowing flame hidden deep within Lapland. Kept alive by kindness, goodwill, and the spirit of giving, the flame must never go out - because if it fades, Christmas itself is in danger.

For centuries the elves of the North Pole have protected the flame using the Balance of Deeds, a magical scale that tips according to the choices people make around the world. As long as goodness outweighs selfishness, the flame burns bright. But darkness is rising at the far South Pole, where mysterious creatures known as the Goarves are plotting to steal Christmas magic for themselves.

When the flame begins to weaken, Santa sends his elves on urgent missions to save it.

Maya, a determined young elf desperate to prove herself worthy of promotion, embarks on a dangerous quest that will test her courage and heart. Meanwhile, mischievous scout elves Pepper and Pip are sent to the human village of Elapai to watch over children and gather goodwill. But when the Goarves infiltrate the village, harmless mischief quickly turns into chaos, and the children themselves become part of the adventure.

Elsewhere, the magical Snowberry Fairies have fallen strangely silent, threatening the natural balance of Christmas magic. High above the clouds, Santa struggles to keep order at the North Pole while guiding out-of-control reindeer through worsening winter storms.

Across 24 enchanting chapters, the story unfolds like an Advent calendar - one magical night at a time. Themes of friendship, courage, forgiveness, and kindness shine throughout, reminding readers that even the smallest act of goodness can change the world.

Featuring unforgettable characters including Maya the brave elf, Pepper & Pip the mischievous scouts, Jasper the cheeky Arctic fox, and Milo the waistcoat-wearing polar bear with flying goggles, The Christmas Flame is filled with festive wonder, laugh-out-loud moments, and heartwarming magic.

Perfect for bedtime reading, cosy winter evenings, and families who love Christmas traditions, The Christmas Flame delivers a magical countdown to Christmas that children will want to revisit year after year.
