He is a licensed preacher through Mayim Hayim Ministries in Phoenix, AZ, and ordained as a Messianic Pastor by His Highest Harmony Ministries International in Orlando, FL. Throughout the years, Rabbi Allan has served in numerous ministry positions from lay leader to worship leader, and elder to senior pastor. He is the Founder and Senior Rabbi of Hebraic Harvest International and currently serves as Rabbi of Arrowhead Messianic Congregation. In March 2014 he was ordained as a Messianic Rabbi by Builders of Unity Ministries International - Phoenix, AZ.
