I am not a scientist or nutritonist, a keep-fit fanatic or a paid celebrity. I am a Mum of four who has struggled with eating and weight. All 'wind an' w'ater' as my granny would say, but I felt less bloated and very positive. I have now lost nearly four stone since I started this low carb way of eating. It has given me and my system the kick start it needed.
