In September 2010, I wrote and published a blog post that would forever alter the direction of my life and the lives of many others.Millions of people read The Disease Called "Perfection," and at the end of the piece, I made the following request to others: "tell us all just how perfect you aren't.

I've also included a new chapter on the topic as a whole, the original blog post, and the one year follow-up discussion that I published on my blog.
